Onion services v2 are deprecated and will stop working entirely in the
not too distant future according to the public timeline of the Tor
Project: https://blog.torproject.org/v2-deprecation-timeline
We entirely missed the party though… but we can at least mention the v3
addresses in the README now, so that users have one more source of
truth in a place they are likely to consult if the old addresses stop
working for them.

The address and the onion itself exist still, but the repository exists
no longer as all distributed packages available via different channels
from backports to experimental.

The service behind httpredir.debian.org is decommissioned and the domain
points to the deb.debian.org service, so following the redirect and
explaining the effects it has a bit is a good idea.

The trademark FAQ suggests giving a pointer to Tor and what isn't a The
Tor Project product in case "Tor" is used and we are worse in that it is
even part of our product name, but using anything else as name would be a
disservice to users.

The README can't be an authoritive listing of onion services, but by
giving some examples and providing pointers to sources more people might
find the information that there are in fact many repositories available
as an onion service providing an encouragement to use them if needed.

based redirector called http.debian.net in its testing phase.

The technical side of tor support is handled mostly by the apt package
itself, so it makes sense to have the team as maintainer to have
potential bugreports end up there as well as having one of its current
members (me) in the uploader list.

APT 1.3 supports socks5h proxies out of the box now, so instead of using
a copy of the -https transport as a proof of concept, we can now
deligate all of the technical implementation details to APT via a few
simple symlinks.
