<title>test: Support the 3.0 solver in most existing test cases</title>

Highlights:

- test-bug-618848-always-respect-user-requests: (Do not) Support 3.0 solver

A manually installed package is never removed just because we request
the removal of its dependency in solver3.

- test-bug-657695-resolver-breaks-on-virtuals: Support 3.0 solver

For manually installed packages, solver 3.0 would require some
  new xserver-xorg-video-driver to Conflict+Replace+Provides the
old one (once the logic is implemented), but that does seem
  reasonable.

- test-bug-720597-build-dep-purge: Support 3.0 solver

This needs a simple aptmark auto because pkga is removed by the
build-dep. But further adjustments are necessary because it weirdly
tested for no autoremovable packages before installing pkgc.

- test-bug-960705-*: Support 3.0 solver

Bit awkward to deal with; notably the protect to conflict doesn't
actually work anymore and that is a feature these days.

Given that we use the progress information to skip over actions dpkg has
already done like not purging a package which was already removed and
had no config files or not acting on disappeared packages and such it is
important that apt and dpkg agree on which states the package has to
pass through.

To ensure that we keep tabs on this in the future a warning is added at
the end if apt hasn't seen all the action it was supposed to see. I
can't wait for the first bugreporters to wonder about this…

Use /dev/fd in test-bug-712116-dpkg-pre-install-pkgs-hook-multiarch,
skip test-no-fds-leaked-to-maintainer-scripts (it is not guaranteed
that /dev/fd contains all file descriptors), and avoid the unneeded
use of /proc/fd in another test case.

With b4450f1dd6bca537e60406b2383ab154a3e1485f we dropped what we
calculated here later on and now that we don't need it in the meantime
either we can just skip the busy work by default and expect dpkg to do
the right thing dropping also our little "last explicit configures"
removal trick introduced in b4450f1dd6bca537e60406b2383ab154a3e1485f.

This enables the last of a bunch of previously experimental options,
some of them existing still, but are very special and hence not really
worth documenting anymore (especially as it would need to be rewritten
now entirely) which is why the documentation is nearly completely
dropped.

The order of configuration stanzas in the simulation code changes
slightly as it isn't concerning itself with finding the 'right' order,
but any order is valid anyhow as long as the entire set happens in the
same call.

This doesn't allow all tests to run cleanly, but it at least allows to
write tests which could run successfully in such environments.

This adds ::InfoFD option alongside the ::Version one to request sending
the information to the specified FD, by default it is STDIN as it was
the case before.

The environment variable APT_HOOK_INFO_FD contains the FD the data is on as
a confirmation that the APT version used understood the request.

Allowing the hook to choose the FD is needed/helpful e.g. for shellscripts
which have a hard time accessing FDs above 9 (as &gt;= 10 are usually used
 internally by them)

For many commands the output isn't stable (like then dpkg is called) but
the exitcode is, so this helper enhances the common &amp;&amp; msgpass ||
msgfail by generating automatically a msgtest and showing the output of
the command in case of failure instead of discarding it unconditionally,
the later being chronic-like behaviour

The code incorrectly skips printing of current version information,
if the package has no current version (for APT, but for dpkg as it is
the case for packages which are removed but not purged) by using an
unintended "else if" rather than an "if".
