* apt-pkg/policy.cc:
- support 100-pinning in Release file with ButAutomaticUpgrades
as requested by the backports crew (Closes: #596097)
* apt-pkg/deb/deblistparser.cc:
- overrule NotAutomatic in case of ButAutomaticUpgrades
