Add documentation of autoremove to apt.conf (5)
This commit adds documentation for: APT::Protect-Kernels,
APT::NeverAutoRemove::*, APT::VersionedKernelPackages.
This is to inform users about the newly introduced
NeverAutoRemove::KernelCount feature.
