* apt-pkg/deb/dpkgpm.{cc,h}:
- give up timeslice on EIO error in read from master terminal
* apt-pkg/deb/dpkgpm.{cc,h}:
- rewrite dpkgpm.cc to use pselect() instead of select()
to block signals during select() (LP: #134858)
